WINEMAKING

At Mountford Estate we create wines of character and quality through a policy of watchful, non-interventionist winemaking. A combination of new and traditional techniques and technology are used.  Mountford Estate has transitioned to using native yeasts, low sulphur and like all past vintages our wines continue with a no fining or filtration policy where possible.  We believe that this is the way to gain a true expression of site and vintage.
